what helps you to get up in the morning during tough times?
Nothing much actually. I have days where I am low and broody and don’t want to get up so I don’t. I just lie in bed, brood and think or sleep. Sleep always seems to work for me, I wake up and it’s a new day, hopefully a better one too :)
